Captain Video, guardian of world security, confronts a mad scientist named Pauli who has unleashed prehistoric monsters across the landscape in a scheme for world domination. After capturing Jameson and the Ranger, Pauli forces Captain Video into a confrontation where the hero must stop both the escaped creatures and Pauli's destructive plans. The story culminates in an aerial battle where Captain Video uses his electro-ray gun to shoot down Pauli's ship as it attempts to escape.
