Captain Tootsie and the Secret Legion battle the alien race from Uranium City, who have captured a freight ship and imprisoned civilians in the Dungeons of Darkness. A courageous girl infiltrates the enemy base to locate her father, while Captain Tootsie and his team execute a daring rescue operation involving a river crossing and combat with stone creatures controlled by the aliens. After a fierce battle where the stone beasts mysteriously shatter and the aliens flee, Captain Tootsie helps transport the stone creatures back to Uranium City, and the crew returns to Earth with uranium fuel for their rocket as a reward for saving the world.
