Captain Planet and the Planeteers #8

This June 1992 Marvel issue promises "Dolphin-Safe Action" right on the cover, and it delivers a wonderfully energetic ocean scene — a female Planeteer in a pink-and-black wetsuit rides a surfboard through churning waves, surrounded by leaping dolphins, while another Planeteer surfs alongside her in the background. Captain Planet himself hovers triumphantly above it all, fists raised, with the full team's portraits gathered in the corner box. Pat Broderick's cover pencils capture the animated series' breezy, eco-conscious spirit perfectly, making this a fun entry in Marvel's environmentally minded series — even printed on recycled paper, as noted right on the cover.
