Captain America: The Medusa Effect #1

This 1994 Marvel one-shot puts Captain America front and center — literally, with his determined close-up dominating the left side of the cover while a smaller action scene unfolds behind him, showing Cap in full costume charging forward alongside a blond ally, shield in hand, facing down a masked figure in green who stands commanding over rows of armed soldiers. M. C.
