Candy Comics #3

This anthology issue contains at least two stories: "Candy Comics" features anthropomorphic characters including a cook asking for mustard while operating a large pot with a sausage, and a moose-themed adventure where characters named Louie, Elka Saltzer, and others encounter moose in a forest setting, ultimately discovering that Mopey is the largest moose in the family. A separate story titled "Scoop Scuttle" follows a character who gets arrested by a cop for defacing a street, escapes to the sewers, and later encounters various criminals and police officers in a comedic crime caper involving money and murder accusations.
