Cage #14

The cover of Cage #14 (May 1993) makes an immediate impression: a massively built, fists-clenched Cage stands his ground as a towering, menacing water-and-flame entity — all snarling teeth and churning energy — crests above him like a wave about to break. Cover pencils by Scott Benefiel and inks by Pam Eklund give the confrontation a real sense of scale, with Cage looking determined rather than outmatched despite the overwhelming force bearing down on him.
