A couple of poachers go on the run after killing two people, and head to Mess O'Bradovich to help them escape. Mess steals one of Jack's Cadillacs, and as they make their getaway, Mess deliberately drives off the edge of a cliff, calling all three. Unknown to the two poachers, one of the people they killed was Mess's wife.
