Cable / Deadpool #8

Part two of "The Burnt Offering" arc finds Cable and Deadpool sharing a dramatically split cover — Deadpool's masked, sword-ready face dominating the left half while Cable's techno-organic eye blazes with energy on the right, a looming mechanical structure visible behind him in the night sky. Patrick Zircher's cover pencils and inks give both characters a brooding, larger-than-life presence that makes the tension between these two uneasy allies feel genuinely charged. Fabian Nicieza's 2004 run on this series had a real knack for balancing sharp character dynamics with big-scale stakes, and this installment looks to deliver more of both.
