Cable #21
Homecoming, Part One" arrives in this 2010 Marvel chapter, and Marko Djurdjević's painted cover sets a striking tone — a red-haired woman in a sleek black-and-gold suit stands elevated on shattered rubble, her hair whipping in the wind, while a grizzled, rifle-bearing Cable looms watchfully in the ruined background. The contrast between her confident, forward-facing stance and the desolate wasteland around them promises real tension ahead. With Duane Swierczynski writing and Paul Gulacy on interior art, this opening chapter of "The Long Sleep" is a compelling entry point.
