Nate is released from Apocalypse's slave pits by Cyclops. He joins Forge's band of mutant rebels who pose as a theatre troupe. During a skirmish with Infinites, Apocalypse becomes aware of Nate's amazing powers and sends Domino to bring him in. Sonique and Essex join the group.
