In this 2004 Dupuis album, young Cédric stands at the center of a wonderfully chaotic crowd scene, cheerfully hoisting a "Ban het geweld!" (Ban Violence!) sign while the kids around him tumble into a full-scale brawl — the irony is absolutely delicious. Signs reading "Rustig blijven!" (Stay Calm!) and "Blijf Cool" litter the ground amid the mayhem, with one dark-haired child already flattened underfoot. Laudec and Cauvin's knack for gentle, laugh-out-loud humor is perfectly captured right here on the cover of volume 19.
