C-23 #8

From Jim Lee's WildStorm universe comes C-23 #8, a November 1998 Image Comics release written by Jeff Mariotte with cover art penciled by Alexander Lozano and inked by Randy Elliott. The cover puts a cybernetically enhanced, grimacing warrior front and center, weapon raised defiantly overhead, while a blue-skinned ally flanks him on the left and a menacing skull-faced figure looms in the green-hazed background alongside a scarred, shadowed face. It's a charged, kinetic composition that captures the series' blend of sci-fi action and larger-than-life threats in striking fashion.
