Ralph Heimdahl's cover art captures that effortless Looney Tunes charm — Bugs looking thoroughly pleased with himself as his tiny pachyderm audience of one dances along. At a dime a copy, this was breezy, imaginative fun that made the spinner rack impossible to walk past.
