Bugs Bunny #59
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThat knowing smirk on Bugs' face says it all — on Tony Strobl's cover, the wisecracking rabbit has clearly gotten the better of a suit of armor, hoisting the hapless knight clean off the ground while casually holding the detached helmet in his other hand. Dell's 1958 February–March issue pairs that gleefully chaotic image with an interior tale, "The Raiders of Fudd Flats," written by Carl Fallberg with art by Tony Strobl and inks by John Liggera. At a dime a copy, this was a fine pick for anyone who enjoyed seeing Bugs outmaneuver whatever opponent — or armored obstacle — crossed his path.
