Bugs Bunny #51
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeBugs Bunny is up to his usual shenanigans on this cheerful 1956 Dell cover, sporting a wide-brimmed blue hat while using a very annoyed-looking longhorn bull as a makeshift clothesline — pajamas, socks, and a green jacket all pegged neatly to the animal's horns. Ralph Heimdahl's cover art captures that perfectly deadpan Bugs energy, the rabbit raising a knowing finger as if to explain that this is all perfectly reasonable. With interior art by Tony Strobl and inks by Vic Lockman, "Southern Exposure" promises the kind of warm, gag-filled fun that made Dell's Looney Tunes comics a staple of the era.
