With Elmer unmoved by the racket, Bugs decides to take matters into his own paws, launching a plan to make the noise come to Elmer instead. Written by Don R. Christensen and brought to life with dynamic art by Tom McKimson—both inks and pencils—this 1978 Western Publishing gem features a cover by Pete Alvarado and Bill Wright, capturing the chaos in vibrant detail.

Sam takes up dirt-biking and is given permission to ride around the far side of Elmer's property. This suits Elmer doubly-fine as it is far enough away from his house so as not to be bothered by the noise, and Sam does his loud riding directly above Bugs' rabbit hole. When Elmer shows no interest in abating the noise for Bugs, the rabbit takes steps to bring the noise to Elmer.
