Two U.S. Army buddies named Mike and Jon, stationed in Korea, are assigned a dangerous spy mission behind enemy lines to retrieve vital intelligence held by the Red army and bring back souvenirs for a lady—a plot called "Operation: Love." After helping a woman named Nerrona they encounter, Mike and Jon face opposition from enemy forces as they attempt to complete their mission. The story involves romantic complications when Nerrona reveals she has fallen for Jon, while the soldiers must also contend with the hazards of combat in Korea to succeed in their assignment.
