About this Collection

This volume collects the second adventure of Bruno Brazil, a secret agent series created by Greg (writer) and Vance (artist). Originally serialized in the Franco-Belgian comic magazine Tintin, 'Orage aux aléoutiennes' follows Brazil and his team, the Commando Caïman, on a mission in the Aleutian Islands during the Cold War era. The story is a classic example of the action-espionage genre that defined the series in the late 1970s.

Bruno Brazil #8 (1976) features the titular character in "Orage aux Aléoutiennes," a story written by Louis Albert and illustrated by William Vance, with inks also by Vance. The cover, both penciled and inked by Vance, captures the series' distinctive style.
