Brigade #20 (1995) marks the official formation of the new Brigade following the collapse of L'xander’s plan to unleash Neuport upon the surface world. Written by Marv Wolfman and illustrated by Luke Ross with inks by Danny Miki, Jonathan Sibal, Jaime Mendoza, and Mark Morales, the issue captures the team’s uneasy beginnings—though Tremor, despite his cooperation, chooses not to become a full member. Laura Rhode and In Color handle the coloring, while Kurt Hathaway letters the story, all under a striking cover by Manny Clark and inks by Danny Miki and Jon Sibal.
