Johnny and Annette work at the same magazine company and fall in love. They plan to get married when Johnny gets his promotion, but before that happens he learns he has inherited a fortune in England along with a title. Johnny and Annette go to England, but they feel out of place with his position as a Lord. They decide to return to the America to resume his publishing career.
