This issue contains two stories: "Strange Romance," in which a woman reflects on her past crush on Gary Watson and her current heartbreak, only to encounter a cowboy named Lonnie West who claims he would never return her love—yet she becomes certain that one day she will meet him and he will learn to love her; and "Jealousy," a "True Love Story" in which Julie struggles with her jealousy over her boyfriend Matt's connection to theater and his association with other women, ultimately running away when he goes on an early morning drive with another woman, though the situation is resolved when Matt explains his innocent intentions and proposes marriage.
