When Booster Gold comes under attack, he recalls the major events in his life that led him to this point. Most recently, he returned from the search for Batman with Rip Hunter to find cryptic notes on Rip's chalkboard. On that day, he suddenly found himself alone in Rip's apparently abandoned bunker, and so journeyed to Coast City in search of Hal Jordan. There, Booster has become a target of the military who eventually send Doomsday to face him.
