Booster returns from his incarceration in the future and tells Michele and Rip about his cellmate, the Perforated Man. Making physical contact with the Perforated Man jumped the two back and forth across time until the Perforated Man revealed his true identiy and the fact that Booster is in the early stages of "chronal leprosy," a disease that will cause him to leap across time every nanosecond and eat his very body apart. The two make one final leap together, this time to the very end of time itself.
