Having been drawn into the timestream, Booster finds himself in World War I Europe where an American soldier who assumes Booster is the enemy fights him until they are both taken prisoner by Hans von Hammer, Enemy Ace. Sickened by the torture the Germans inflict on the prisoners, Hammer helps them escape, giving Booster the sword he was pursuing when he was drawn into the timestream. After leaving the American soldier in medical care, Booster is pulled away by the power of the sword. Meanwhile, Michelle and Skeets use the time bubble to look for Booster, but find they have an uninvited guest.
