Boof #6
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeJohn Cleary's cover for this 1994 Image series delivers a wonderfully chaotic jungle brawl, with a massive horned creature tangled in glowing green vines at the center of the action, while a gruff rider struggles to hold on and a troupe of wide-eyed animal bystanders scrambles through the surrounding foliage. The lush, densely detailed wilderness setting — complete with exotic mushrooms, a coiling serpentine creature at the water's edge, and swooping bat-like creatures — gives the whole scene an exuberant, anything-goes energy. If Beau Smith's "Zooin' with the Zip" matches the cover's riotous spirit, issue #6 looks like a thoroughly entertaining ride.
