John Cleary's cover for this 1994 Image title is pure anarchic energy — a hulking, snarling creature crouches at the bottom of the image, having just punched clean through a massive red heart that bursts apart dramatically around two wide-eyed, spotted cartoon dogs (one sporting a pink bow, the other a gold chain and cigar). It's the kind of gleefully irreverent cartoon mayhem that made the mid-'90s indie scene so much fun, and with Beau Smith's story "Drivin' This Crazy" waiting inside, issue #3 promises to keep the chaos rolling.
