Guillaume Long's celebrated food-and-drink series returns with this 2017 Gallimard Bande Dessinée volume, this time avec Sonia Ezgulian — a collaboration that promises plenty of culinary adventure. The cover says it all: two apron-clad figures surrounded by pots, fresh vegetables, and assorted ingredients, one gesturing with gleeful, wide-eyed enthusiasm while the other savors something with eyes contentedly closed, the picture of a cook utterly in her element. If you've ever found joy in both eating well and laughing about it, this volume looks like very good company.
