With its stark black-and-white linework punctuated by vivid trails of blood, Eduardo Risso's cover for this penultimate chapter of Si Spencer's eight-part Vertigo series is genuinely arresting — a wide-eyed woman in a broad-brimmed hat stares in apparent horror as crimson streaks down her fingers, her expression caught somewhere between dread and disbelief. The Union Jack woven into the title treatment grounds the series firmly in its British atmosphere, while the looming dark silhouette in the foreground adds a layer of quiet menace. Issue six of eight, "Interview" arrives at the point where tension in a serialized mystery runs highest, making this a compelling entry in one of Vertigo's more ambitious 2015 offerings.
