Bob Swift, Boy Sportsman #4

Bob Swift studies dog training books to prepare for taking his hunting dog Sahib out on his first field training. Bob's father encourages him to start Sahib's training but worries about modern spinning tackle and new fishing techniques, preferring traditional fly fishing methods. When other fishermen see the advantages of the new tackle and purchase it themselves, Bob's father is won over and decides to try the new style reel, solving his initial resistance to change.
