In "Black Hood," Kip Burland, a young man determined to fight corruption in his city, learns of a hidden family tradition from his uncle that might give him an edge in his crusade. Soon after, a shadowy, hooded motorcyclist appears, saving the daughter of one of Kip’s witnesses—leaving behind more questions than answers. Written and illustrated by Gray Morrow, with coloring by Barry Grossman and lettering by Morrow, this 1984 issue features a striking cover by Rudy Nebres.
