This is an anthology issue featuring three stories. "Sergeant Spook" follows a psychic police officer investigating the murder of a sergeant killed by an explosion of chemicals; Spook plans to attend an exhibition of medieval armor that evening and later confronts criminals at a ranch where Billy reveals the sheriff has been killed and money hidden in a canyon cabin, leading to a climactic explosion. "Dick Cole" and "Edison Bell" stories are also featured. Additionally, the issue includes a backup story involving boys who explore a lighthouse during a storm and discover a motor boat, only to encounter Nazis attempting to land, forcing them to hide and call for help.
