Part of DC Universe Rebirth's 2017 relaunch, this seventh issue promises a dramatic turn with its cover tagline "The Enemy Revealed!" — and the cover art by Scott Kolins delivers on that tension. Blue Beetle's scarab-armored form takes center stage, wings spread and claws raised, flanked by a glowing, sun-burst figure and a hovering mechanical orb, while a looming dark purple presence with glowing yellow eyes dominates the right side of the composition.
