Blade #9
Blade #9 brings the Daywalker to British soil for a clash the cover announces with zero subtlety: "Round One — Fight!" Blade squares off against a figure dressed in the full regalia of a Queen's Guard, guns drawn and smoke swirling between them, while a masked figure looming in the background hints at wider stakes — all rendered in Marko Djurdjević's moody, red-drenched cover art. The issue features Union Jack, promising a transatlantic team-up (or rivalry) that writer Marc Guggenheim and artist Howard Chaykin bring to life inside.
