Blackhawks #6

Part of DC's 2012 New 52 initiative, Blackhawks #6 kicks off "Obsolescence Part 1: Technical" with a cover that puts the team immediately on the back foot. Ken Lashley and Randy Elliott's artwork depicts a red-haired Blackhawks operative tumbling helplessly while coiled green tendrils close in around her, a weapon firing a brilliant beam of light as her last line of defense. The tagline "The Hunter Becomes the Prey!" says it all — this elite squad is facing a threat that's flipped the script on them entirely.
