From DC's long-running adventure series comes Blackhawk #173 (June 1962), featuring the story "The Super Jungle Man!" — and the cover by Dick Dillin and Sheldon Moldoff wastes no time setting the scene. A wild-haired, bare-chested jungle man tears apart a red vehicle with his bare hands at a tropical safari camp, while a Blackhawk team member descends on a rope from above and teammates parachute in behind him, the speech bubble promising they've arrived just in time.
