With the help of Gentleman Ghost, Manta travels to Atlantis in the past to learn more about the Orichalcum. Returning to the present, Manta and Gallous attempt to learn more about Devil Ray, who has attacked Manta's base, but their search is interrupted when they are attacked by an unknown woman. Meanwhile, the Atlantis ruling council considers the threat posed by Devil Ray.
