The penultimate chapter of this 2007 DC miniseries puts Black Canary front and center in a genuinely gripping image — she and a dark-cloaked woman both recoil in alarm as a massive, threatening hand looms toward them, while Green Arrow draws his bow in tense readiness behind them against a glittering city skyline. Writer Tony Bedard and cover artists Paulo Siqueira and Amilton Santos pack real urgency into the composition, with the "Price of Sin!" tagline promising the stakes are rising heading into the finale. Spinning out of the pages of Green Arrow, this issue is a solid chapter in Dinah Lance's solo spotlight.
