Billy and Buggy Bear #7

The issue contains two stories. In the first, Billy plans to start a hot dog stand to make a million dollars, but his attempts to serve customers result in chaos and mishaps with Buggy Bear. In the second story, "Silly's Coat," Silly Seal retrieves a new coat from his closet only to have a fly escape from it; when he rushes to borrow moth spray from Ziggy Pig, the coat goes missing. Later, Silly and Ziggy find themselves in a hot air balloon that springs a leak, and they attempt to signal for help before crashing down, with papers reporting an early fall as a result.
