Billy and Buggy Bear #1

Billy and Buggy Bear scheme to make a million dollars by selling time to people, but their plan falls apart when they are repeatedly attacked by a cuckoo bird with a hammer and clock. In "Silly's Coat," a picture story, Silly goes to his closet to admire his new coat but is startled when a fly escapes from it; he rushes to borrow moth spray from Ziggy Pig's house while Ziggy is reading. Billy and Buggy then accidentally damage a hot air balloon during a rescue attempt, with the gas leaking out, causing them and the balloon to fall toward the ground as the papers predicted an early fall.
