The cover story features the circus clown Tito, who reveals himself to a woman named Pixie by removing his disguise. The second story, "Hollywood Johnnie," follows a character involved with a bottle of rare perfume that becomes the object of pursuit among various Hollywood figures, including an aspiring stage star named Beverly and a con artist who attempts to obtain it.
