The Japanese have a new secret weapon, a cloud-making device which a Zeppelin type airship uses to conceal itself while it bombs an American convoy. At first the Americans believe the Skyman must be doing the bombing and fire upon The Wing. He then figures out the Japanese secret and destroys the airship.
