“Luck Struck”

In "Luck Struck," Veronica returns from Hawaii with a vibrant hula girl outfit and a contagious rhythm, sparking a spontaneous dance with Betty that quickly turns lively—too lively, as Betty ends up injured. With Betty sidelined, Archie finds himself unexpectedly paired with Veronica for the evening’s dance, setting off a series of lighthearted moments. Written by Frank Doyle and illustrated by Dan DeCarlo with inks by Rudy Lapick, this Double Digest issue captures the classic charm of the Archie gang, all brought to life with a fresh touch by cover artists Jeff Shultz and Al Milgrom.
