“Battle Tide Part 4”

In "Battle Tide Part 4," the demonic wave known as Battletide consumes the Colosseum, transforming Termagent and Megaira into the monstrous Termagaira. As Earth's heroes confront the new threat, it's Death's Head—retooled by Killpower—who absorbs the tide and turns the tide of battle. With the crisis averted, Killpower restores Death's Head to action, though not quite as he was. Written by Andy Lanning and Dan Abnett, with art by Geoff Senior and colors by Louise Cassell, this pivotal issue delivers a high-stakes climax with a cover by Geoff Senior that captures the full weight of the transformation.

The demonic Battletide has washed over the combat world of Colosseum and earth's heroes watch in horror as Termagent and Megaira absorb the power of the wave and combine to form the demon lord Termagaira. The heroes battle this new threat but it is Death's Head, modified by Killpower, who is able to absorb the Battletide and save the day. The heroes return to earth where Killpower reassembles Death's Head as good as new (well, almost).
