7-Zark-7 is warned that the temperature in the computer core has risen to the danger point so he sends G-Force to investigate. They track the source of the problem to Tiki Atoll, an island with an extinct volcano. When they find the Heat Generator causing the problem they realize it is a trap. Zoltar causes a tidal wave to bury the Phoenix at the bottom of the ocean and then launches an attack on Center Neptune. The Phoenix escapes by transmuting into the Firebird. They then deflect the attack on Center Neptune and blow up Zoltar's submarine, but, as always, Zoltar escapes.
