This third issue of Image's Battle Chasers puts a fierce red-haired warrior front and center, leveling a smoking pistol directly at the reader with cool, unflinching intensity — spent shell casings tumbling through the air around her. Joe Madureira's pencils and Tom McWeeney's inks bring a striking energy to this 1998 Cliffhanger! title, with rich purples and dynamic linework making the cover impossible to overlook. If this is your introduction to the series, it's a pretty compelling one.
