On Earth -32, young Bruce Wayne feels no emotions after witnessing the death of his parents, including having no fear, and he is selected to join the Green Lantern Corps. Using his tremendous willpower, he is able to over come the ring's settings to use it to kill criminals, and when Gordon, The Green Lantern Corps, and the Guardians try to stop him, Bruce kills them also. As Batman the Dawnbreaker, he learns that his world is about to be destroyed, and is recruited by the Batman Who Laughs to travel to Earth 0 to help take over that world, where he battles Green Lantern Hal Jordan.
