Batman / Superman: World's Finest #1
In "The Devil Nezha Chapter One: Doomed," Batman and Superman face off against Felix Faust, a sorcerer acting under the command of the ancient and malevolent Devil Nezha. As the heroes are drawn into a global conflict, the Doom Patrol hunts Nezha’s past while Robin and Supergirl uncover forgotten secrets in 1579 China, where the House of Ji once stood against him. With the Flash and Wonder Woman under assault by Mirror Master and Doctor Alchemy—also servants of Nezha—the Justice League must unite to confront a threat that spans centuries. Written by Mark Waid and illustrated by Dan Mora, with colors by Tamra Bonvillain and letters by Aditya Bidikar, the issue’s striking cover by Dan Mora and Francesco Mattina captures the clash of myth and modernity.
