Batman / Superman #10
The Daily Planet's screaming headline — "Superman Reveals Identity!" — sets an immediately tense backdrop for this 2020 installment, with the grotesque Ultra-Humanite clawing his way front and center while both Clark Kent and Superman loom large behind him. Batman stands his ground in the lower left, batarang raised, as the cover by Clayton Henry (with colors by Alejandro Sánchez) packs a satisfying amount of drama into a single striking image. "Atomic Part Two" promises plenty of high-stakes World's Finest action, and this issue makes a compelling case that the pairing of Batman and Superman still generates real electricity.
