Batman: Gotham Knights #2
In "Down with the Ship," writer Devin Grayson and artist Dale Eaglesham deliver a tense, character-driven thriller as Batman narrates his file on Batgirl, diving into a high-stakes investigation aboard a derelict boat. With inks by John Floyd, colors by Pamela Rambo and Wildstorm FX, and letters by Bill Oakley, the story unfolds in a shadowy Gotham bar before plunging into a deadly trap—where kidnapped Gothamites are held for a slave trade, and a rigged explosion threatens them all. Cover by Brian Bolland adds a striking, moody edge to this 2000 DC tale of sacrifice, survival, and the weight of choosing to live.
