In "La menace," a young man named Woodrow Prescott, isolated by a rare illness that causes deadly white blood cell blobs to form in his body, ventures out to help an actor he believes is truly the superhero he portrays on screen. When the actor attempts to manipulate Woodrow into destroying his on-screen rival, Superman steps in to stop the chaos.
